Among the higher education institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan that train specialists for the transport industry, is, in particular, as per Bakhodir Yuldashevich, the powerful Tashkent State Transport University, which was established as early as in 1931.

Based on the significant mutually beneficial prospects that can open cooperation between the educational institution of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Kherson State Maritime Academy, especially in terms of large-scale international partnership within the project on creating a corridor for effective cooperation, it was decided to initiate partnership and cooperation between Kherson State Maritime Academy and Tashkent State Transport University.
