On the way to the development of transport and logistics prospects of Ukraine

Dmytro Zhminko, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the British-Ukrainian U-port Group, will take part in the discussions at the VII Baltic-Black Sea Economic Forum

U-port Group has many years experience in the implementation of projects in the port business and projects in the field of maritime transport. U-port Group is represented in Ukraine with offices in Kyiv, Dnipro, Mykolaiv, Kherson, Ochakov, and also has offices in Lugano (Switzerland) and London (The United Kingdom). The group of companies includes:

  • U-Port Ochakov Limited port terminal;
  • Dnipro Cargo Limited, which manages the terminal in the Kherson sea trade port;
  • AP-Trans Service LLC and C-AGENT Maritime Agency LLC, which provide freight forwarding services and organization of transshipment in seaports of Ukraine.


U-Port Group is part of a group of partners that form a transport and logistics chain from the shores of the Baltic Sea to the eastern shores of the Caspian Sea, implementing a project of establishing a corridor of effective cooperation, initiated at the Baltic-Black Sea Economic Forum.

Emphasizing the importance of the meeting of partners at the sites of the VII Baltic-Black Sea Economic Forum, Dmytro Zhminko, in particular, said:

"We will have a substantive discussion with our partners from Poland, Lithuania, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Turkey and other countries of Europe and Asia. The professional team of U-Port Group is responsible for the coordination and optimization of cargo movement through the territory of Ukraine. This year has already brought significant adjustments in the activities of both port operators and transport and logistics companies. Our partners have some experience in working in new conditions, there are proposals for new solutions and radically new, closer relationships with our international partners in forming a joint strategy for the development of our international transport and logistics chain in Ukraine. We plan to discuss all this issues during the meeting in Kherson, and coordinate plans for our joint further actions".
