On July 9, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the British-Ukrainian U-PORT GROUP, represented by Dmytro Zhminko (far right), the Baltic-Black Sea Economic Forum and the coordinator of the international project on establishing a single logistics center Global Multimodal Logistics.

U-PORT GROUP includes the stevedoring company Dnipro Cargo Limited, which has been effectively operating on the territory of Kherson Sea Commercial Port since 1997, U-port Ochakov (Port of Ochakov), AP-Transservice LLC and Maritime Agency “C-AGENT” LLC, AP-Transservice LLC and Sea Agency “C-AGENT” LLC (which provide freight forwarding services and organization of transshipment in seaports of Ukraine).

U-PORT GROUP is represented in Ukraine by offices in Kyiv, Dnipro, Mykolayiv, Kherson, Ochakov, and also has offices in Lugano (Switzerland) and London (United Kingdom).

According to the signed document, U-PORT GROUP joins the project on establishing and using a corridor of effective cooperation with the participation of partners from Klaipeda (Lithuania), Gdynia (Poland), Kherson and Kyiv (Ukraine), Belarus, Bulgaria, Turkey, Batumi and Tbilisi (Georgia), Azerbaijan, Kurik (Kazakhstan) and partners from Turkmenistan.
